VibeLens Launches 4K Streaming Headset

Designed for lifelogging hobbyists, VibeLens' new MusicCam Pro offers a wearable action camera that performs all the regular duties of a wearable bone conduction music player.

In October of 2025, VibeLens launched the MusicCam, a bone-conduction open-ear music headset with a 2K camera with a six-axis stabilized lens and waterproofing up to 20 meters (65 feet). This was the company's first and most relevant Kickstarter campaign. Designed for bicycling, hiking, and diving, the MusicCam swiftly garnered over 2,300 backers and US$500,000 in funding, eventually surpassing its initial Kickstarter target by a factor of 100, reports Mike Hanlon in New Atlas.

VibeLens has developed the MusicCam Pro, a major improvement over the original MusicCam that goes beyond simply quadrupling the video resolution from 2K to 4K, after learning from the experiences and feedback of those first-generation backers.

VibeLens uses a lens module that allows the lens to slide out by up to half a centimeter (to reduce obstructions) and gives it a ±15° vertical adjustment so you can align it with your line of sight and check it out on your phone before starting your adventure. This helps bring the framing of the MusicCam V2.0 much closer to the ideal.

One of the most important claims about the new MusicCam Pro is that its built-in AI editing helps transform the raw footage into better and faster shareable content.

With a 600-mAh battery that can be charged to 80% in 35 minutes, the MusicCam Pro can record voices for 8 hours, shoot videos for 96 minutes, or play music for 15 hours.

Having seen a very similar setup with the Zygo, the optional 9,500-mAh charging case makes a lot of sense, especially when combined with a spare MusicCam Pro. It protects, recharges, and organizes everything in one case, which is comforting when you're traveling between adventures and have a place for all the bits.

The MusicCam Pro is now priced at US$229 including shipping on Kickstarter. Delivery is anticipated in September, at which point the MSRP will be $399. For $299 with delivery, another Kickstarter launch special offers the MusicCam Pro, Charging Case, and a one-year Creator Membership—a $309 discount above the final retail price of $608.
