He is currently a Managing Partner at Particle Workshop (Guangdong) Technology Co., Ltd., where he focuses on strategic partnerships, market entry, and cross-border commercial growth across Greater China. Jethro has held senior management roles for over eight years, including Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions at Chengdu Dingsheng Digital Technology Ltd., where he led international business development initiatives, negotiated complex cross-border collaborations, and supported the commercial scaling of technology-driven products. His professional background combines operational leadership with a strong legal and regulatory foundation, having previously worked as a paralegal and trained in international economic law. Academically, Jethro is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Entrepreneurial Studies at City University of Macau, with a research focus on innovation-driven enterprises.
