Dr. LUO Xuan currently serves as an Associate Researcher at the Hong Kong Central Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Health Engineering Center and as the CEO of Anrui Biotechnology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. She earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong and conducted postdoctoral research at the Southern University of Science and Technology.  Her research focuses on brain-computer interface systems, neuropharmacological models, the application of artificial intelligence in central nervous system drug screening, and the development of intelligent biomaterials and medical testing devices. Dr. Luo has received subsidies from the Guangdong Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Program and support from the Hong Kong Talent Pool Initiative, actively promoting the industrialization of scientific research outcomes and innovation in the integration of medicine and engineering.  She is currently dedicated to integrating advanced nanotechnology with medical diagnostic devices, fostering the convergence of nanotechnology research, intelligent medical equipment, and the broader health sector, and advancing the translation of cutting-edge technologies for clinical and rehabilitation applications.
