Dr. Vincent Bemmel is a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in researching and developing emerging technologies, spearheading digital transformation across various industries including telecommunications, fintech, manufacturing, utilities, and healthcare.

Currently, Dr. Bemmel is the Director of Technology and Innovation at Catalight, where he leads efforts to harness connected technology to enhance the wellbeing of clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). He also conducts qualitative research to extract clinical insights from the vast amounts of data collected through Catalight's practices. Throughout his career, Dr. Bemmel has consistently focused on leveraging advanced technologies to deliver greater value to end-users and their environments.  

Vincent holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Computer Engineering. He is also the key inventor on 10 patents, showcasing his commitment to innovation and his significant contributions to the field.
