Nanowear

Venk is the co-founder and CEO of Nanowear. Nanowear is a healthcare-at-home digital diagnostics platform and is the world’s first and only FDA-approved cloth nanotechnology and closed-source AI-diagnostic platform that replaces routine in-person cardiometabolic assessments by continuously, simultaneously, and time synchronously assessing the heart, lungs, central vascular, hemodynamic and metabolic systems. Nanowear’s proprietary wearable, back-end ingestion and server-based AI SaMDs combine cardiopulmonary and hemodynamics by providing minute-by-minute continuous blood pressure, ECGs, heart and lung acoustics, lung volume, respiration, actigraphy, movement and posture. Coupled with recent data partnership with Dexcom and partnership with Satio, CGM data and in-vitro diagnostics are also captured by the same single app, providing holistic cardiometabolics self-administered at home, democratizing access while providing early diagnosis and individualized preventative care.

Venk has guided Nanowear through 4 FDA approvals, 14 patent grants, 15+ peer-reviewed publications, and recently achieved enterprise commercial status through white-label enterprise platform access, dynamic reporting, customized data services and algorithmic solutions to CROs, medtech, biotech, pharma and DTC platforms.
Venk currently serves on the Advamed Board of Directors, the Advamed Digital Health Board of Directors and Nanowear’s Board of Directors.
Previously, Venk was a VP at UBS Investment Bank, Citadel Investment Group and Wells Fargo Securities, following marketing and sales roles at Eli Lilly and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in New York.
Venk received his MBA from Columbia University and his BSE and BS from Duke University.
