Tony Park is the founder and CEO of Monit Corp., a digital healthcare startup spun off from Samsung Electronics' C-Lab in 2017. With a background in wireless R&D and global product management at Samsung, he pioneered the world’s first smart diaper sensor system designed to improve elderly incontinence care. Under his leadership, Monit successfully registered its product as the first digital item under Korea’s Long-Term Care Insurance. The company is now expanding globally, with clinical trials and supply contracts in Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. His work focuses on integrating AI-based predictive care and real-time monitoring to transform traditional caregiving models.
