I firmly believe that great ideas don't just need capital - they need a network, trust and real sparring. That's exactly what I've been working on at Würth Elektronik with full energy since 2017.

With “We Start You Up”, we are creating a platform that not only supports start-ups, but also enters into genuine partnerships with them on an equal footing. We support them with hardware, expertise and access to a huge technology ecosystem - from electronic and electromechanical components, wireless power transfer and energy harvesting to applications in new mobility or IoT.

My goal? To help founders not only bring their ideas to market - but to make them big. Fast, agile and with the backing of a strong group.

What drives me? I spent many years in the industry myself, helping to set up production sites, driving open innovation processes and managing certifications. Today, I use this knowledge to create space for innovation - and to connect people who really want to make a difference.

I am convinced that when business, start-ups, science and courage come together, progress is made. That's exactly what I live - at Würth Elektronik, in the Innovation Networks for Advanced Materials e.V. and as a guest lecturer at universities.
