Dr. Levine is the leader of the Virtual Human Twin at Dassault Systèmes, Dassault Systèmes is a multinational software company specializing in 3D design, engineering, and simulation software. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Living Heart Project, an innovative global collaboration to build virtual twins of the human body, contributing significantly to the advancement of this field in medical research, drug and device development and biomedical education. Levine is currently the principle investigator on a 5-year project with the FDA to define the use of virtual human twins to accelerate clinical trials and regulatory approval. His work has garnered international recognition and won numerous awards, highlighting his impact on medical and biomedical engineering. Levine was elected to the AIMBE College of Fellows and holds a PhD from Rutgers University in Materials Science and Engineering.
