Steen Strand is the CEO of Emteq Labs, the market leader in wearable technology to monitor and translate human behavior. Before Emteq, Steen spent four years leading Snap’s augmented reality eyewear division (Spectacles). He previously co-founded and led ICON Aircraft, a consumer recreational aircraft company. He has lectured on design and business at many venues, including Harvard, Yale, MIT's Media Lab, Google, and Stanford, where he taught Product Design. He began his design career at IDEO. Steen received his BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and his MS in Product Design from Stanford University.
