Sharon’s experience spans over 15 years across multiple industries, graduating with both a bachelor's and master's in business across a broad range of startups/scale-ups in the SAAS and marketing/digital agency industries. Sharon has been part of high-growth teams, expanding Australian SAAS startups into global ASX-listed companies. She now works in the emerging field of Predictive Biometrics, preventing Cognitive Fatigue and Heat Stress in the global resources industry.
