Ray has 20+ years of experience in digital health and medical devices, leading both startups and large multinational organizations. Prior to Vena Vitals, Ray was the head of product for two healthtech startups, helping them to successful acquisitions by Vizient and Cigna, respectively. He has helped build and launch digital health engagement platforms to over 8M health insurance subscribers at Cigna, and developed large-scale digital challenge platforms used by large employers like Disney. Ray also has deep medical device expertise from Siemens and GE Healthcare, where he orchestrated product launches, new market entries, and turnarounds, covering the patient monitoring, healthcare diagnostics, and ultrasound businesses. Ray holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
