Pinar Sencandan is a Product Design Engineer, the founder of the “Ease” project. She holds a MSc. in Design & Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where she has worked in multidisciplinary teams and developed innovative products. Besides, she holds a BSc. in Textile Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, which provided her strong knowledge of textile materials and manufacturing technologies. She is highly motivated to blend both her backgrounds to create innovative and human-centered designs that can enhance the quality of people’s lives. Accordingly, she started to design “Ease” as her thesis project for the master’s degree, by aiming to help people who are suffering from chronic pain and continued to develop the project after her graduation with the help of the team.
