Perry is the Co-Founder of Actywell Digital Limited. He holds a BSc degree in Sports Management and Development from the University of Portsmouth, as well as an MSc degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick.

Perry began his professional football career at the age of 16, competing in the Hong Kong Premier League for Biu Chun Rangers Football Club. Currently, he continues to play football as an amateur for Hong Kong Football Club in the lower division.
