Parnian Majd is the Founder and CEO of Fibra, a women’s health technology company building the world’s first continuous, at-source reproductive health monitoring platform. A biomedical engineer with degrees from Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Toronto, Parnian founded Fibra after her own experience with PCOS and irregular cycles revealed the critical lack of continuous reproductive health data.

Fibra combines smart underwear, textile biosensors, and AI to help women better understand their fertility, cycles, and reproductive health. Under Parnian’s leadership, Fibra has raised $1.7 million, collected more than five million biomarker data points, and built a community of over 6,000 women.

Parnian has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 20 Under 40 in Life Sciences and an EY Women in Tech award recipient. She speaks about women’s health innovation, wearable technology, entrepreneurship, and building solutions from lived experience.
