Nicole Klingen is the Interim CEO of Kluba Medical GmbH, a Düsseldorf-based MedTech company developing intelligent neonatal care solutions, a role she has held since 2016, overseeing company building, capital acquisition, and operations management. She previously founded and led Epivios GmbH (2009–2014) and has worked as a freelance consultant since 2012, specializing in interim management, business plan development, fundraising, non-dilutive funding acquisition, business field planning and strategic advisory for life-science ventures. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt and JP Morgan Asset Management. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Communication, Multimedia and Market Management from Hochschule Düsseldorf and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, including an exchange semester in Monterrey, Mexico. She is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
