Matthew Bongers received his BS in Chemistry from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.  Matthew has over 7 years of experience as a product developer in 3M’s Medical Solutions Division.  In his role as senior product developer with the Medical Technologies group of the Medical Solutions Division, Matthew focuses on designing and bringing to market tapes, films and components that are used in medical device design with a focus on stick to skin adhesives for wearable devices.  Additionally, Matthew’s experience extends to developing products used in patient surgical preparation, operating room procedures, and reusable medical device disinfection and reprocessing.
