Lukas obtained his MSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Bern (Switzerland) in 2005. In his studies, he specialized in structural biology at the Salk Institute in San Diego (USA) before starting his Master project in the electrochemistry and surface chemistry group. Later he moved to ETH Zürich (Switzerland) where he received his PhD on the topic of the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for sensing applications. He received the Georg Fischer prize for the best, most valuable and most original PhD thesis at the mechanical engineering department of the ETH Zürich. In 2009 he co-founded greenteg. He has in-depth experience in R&D, business development and project management. At greenteg he is responsible for the OEM integration business unit.
