Kauser is the Partnership’s Lead at Flow Neuroscience. She is passionate about innovation in mental health and committed to raising awareness on treating depression differently with Flow. She wants to ensure everyone who suffers from depression and other mental health conditions can access treatments that make a real difference. 

Kauser is a scientist by background and has over 12 years of experience within the biotechnology and health innovation field. Responsible for overseeing business development for the UK and managing roll out to partners in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. She has designed and managed clinical validation studies in the field of stem cells and worked with multiple research facilities. She believes that we can use science and technology to improve mental health for everyone.

Commercially driven Kauser has an entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in product optimisation, brand building and international partnership development.
