Issac leads product commercialization of wearable thermal sensing technologies at AP Infosense in Hong Kong.

He currently drives the API MEDCAL platform: professional palm/finger thermal imaging systems (±0.2 °C accuracy) and the second-generation wearable device for early detection of inflammation, heat loss, and systemic imbalances through high-sensitivity sensors, AI-powered apiVision analytics, and TCM diagnostic frameworks.

Issac has successfully taken multiple photonic and thermal sensing products from R&D to pilot production, including US–Hong Kong technology transfers, photonic chip (SLD, waveguide, multi-channel PD). He holds Hong Kong and PCT patents for a handheld photonic-chip miniature 3D imaging system.
