Dr. Geoff Tan is a technologist, inventor, and MedTech entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, and applied AI. He is the creator of biosensing systems that detect autonomic nervous system and stress states through psychophysiological signals such as skin humidity (“cold sweat”), turning the body’s nervous system into a real-time, actionable digital biomarker.  A multiple-patent holder, Dr. Tan translates deep scientific insight into practical, scalable medical technology, bridging the gap between lab-grade physiology and wearable, human-centered devices. His career spans leadership in multinational corporations across advanced electronics and semiconductor packaging, combined with expertise in workforce and technology development.  Currently pursuing doctoral research in Health Science at Perdana University and AI & Technology Management at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, Dr. Tan focuses on bio-adaptive human-in-the-loop AI systems, driving the next generation of intelligent, data-driven healthcare and cognitive technologies.
