Fiona graduated from TU Delft with master degree on transportation engineering and joined 3M in 2011. She has broard experience on application engineering, digital marketing ,portfolio management in MedTech OEM industry. In April 2024, 3M completed the spin-off of its Health Care business, which formally launches Solventum Corporation as an independant company. Fiona is now the GCA marketing manager of MedTech OEM, MedSurg Business of Solventum.
