Farbod has been at the forefront of research in the field of wearable/spatial computing since he began his EngD in 2018. He played a pivotal role in product development and commercial at an AR start-up that was eventually acquired by Amyris Inc.

Farbod is now the Co-Founder and CEO at Phantom Technology, a Cambridge-based start-up building wearable products to help reset our relationship with technology.
