Eike studied product development mechatronics, and industrial engineering, as well as completed an MBA. He worked in project management at a German automotive supplier in the field of plastic hybrid components, with final management of R&D.

He is the managing director of the spin-off innoME GmbH with a focus on product realisation of sensor systems in the life science sector for 7 years. The realisation of accensors GmbH with a focus on film-based sensor technology in 2022, as well as the foundation of the start-up pheal GmbH has been completed by Eike.
