Dr. Sebastian Klöß is Head of Consumer Technology at the digital association Bitkom. He is responsible for the NewTV and Augmented & Virtual Reality working groups as well as the metaverse forum by Bitkom. This forum bundles Bitkom's expertise on the topic of metaverse. He is also responsible for preparing the study "The Future of Consumer Technology". Before joining Bitkom, he worked as an editor and was already involved with tech topics back then. Before that, he was a research assistant at Humboldt University in Berlin, where he completed his doctorate in history.
