Desiree is the Asia Business Development Manager for Medical Technologies OEM team within the Medical Surgical Division at Solventum (formerly 3M Health care). Her responsibilities include driving market access and new business development opportunities with key customer accounts, covering Japan, Korea, India, Australia and Southeast Asia markets in the region.

Prior to joining 3M, Desiree was a Business Development Director in the pharmaceuticals industry, executing market launches in Asia Pacific region for a variety of medical drugs and supplementary medicines. Her experience in market entry and sales ranges from special access schemes for controlled drugs, B2B wholesale distribution, OTC pharmacy and direct to consumer models.
