Christian Grosser (43) is the Director MEDICA / COMPAMED in the medical portfolio Health & Medical Technologies of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH.
The graduate economist started as a trainee at Messe Düsseldorf GmbH in 2008. He then held various sales-oriented management positions in Germany and initial project management positions abroad at the subsidiaries Messe Düsseldorf China (Shanghai) and Messe Düsseldorf India. In 2016, he returned to Germany and assumed management responsibility as Deputy Director Health & Medical Technologies. In 2020, he took over the management of MEDICA, the world's largest medical trade fair, and COMPAMED, the leading international trade fair for suppliers to the sector. Christian Grosser is responsible for the strategic orientation of the Messe Düsseldorf Group's worldwide medical trade fair activities, which are combined under the umbrella brand MEDICAlliance. These include MEDICAL FAIR INDIA (Mumbai/New Delhi), MEDICAL FAIR ASIA (Singapore), MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND (Bangkok), and MEDICAL FAIR BRASIL (Sao Paulo).
