He advises C‑suite leaders across Greater China on buy‑and‑integrate, sell‑and‑separate, and growth strategies, helping organisations make better capital decisions that deliver sustainable long‑term value. Since joining EY in 2012, Chris has led 100+ acquisitions and divestitures — from pre‑deal due diligence to integration/divestiture strategy and execution — with a focus on supporting corporates in cross‑border expansion and operational localisation. Chris also serves as Vice Chairman of the Medical Engineering and Innovation Council (FHKI). He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and advancing Hong Kong’s innovation ecosystem.
