Min Li is a seasoned product development expert in the field of smart wearables and physiological measurement systems. Currently serving as Director at AiQ, he specializes in integrating smart garments, electronic modules, and software platforms to deliver customized solutions for sports, healthcare, and medical markets.

With over 15 years of experience spanning Asia and Europe, Min has led numerous cross-disciplinary R&D projects, covering hardware-software integration, textile-electronics manufacturing, and mobile application development. His strong ability to manage product specifications, negotiate with clients, and coordinate diverse engineering teams has led to the successful commercialization of several innovative products, including mass production of smart clothing systems with exceptional quality standards.

Min holds dual Master’s degrees in Logistics & Innovation Management and Business & Economics from the University of Gävle in Sweden.  Passionate about innovation and collaboration, Min advocates for long-term cultivation of interdisciplinary talent and process co-creation in the smart wearable industry.
