Benedikt Gollan is an expert in eye tracking and visual attention processes with a strong focus on digital innovation and research. He was active in research at the Research Studio Austria for 14 years, finalizing his dissertation "Sensor-based Online Assessment of Human Attention" at the JKU Linz in 2018, while being involved in numerous industrial projects that drive technological solutions and digital transformation. Today, as CSO at an innovative startup, he heads the research department with the particular focus on the sensory recording and modeling of cognitive states (human attention) and their role in interaction with technical information systems (attention-aware ICT).
