Austin Mejia is Head of AI for Pixel Watch, and leads on-Device for WearOS. There, he spearheads Google’s long-term strategy for health, fitness, and productivity AI on the Pixel Watch, as well as product innovation for future devices.

Austin additionally serves as an advisor and lecturer on AI for the University of San Francisco, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and the University of Durham. He is a founding member of the AI for Developing Countries Forum, which advocates for equitable AI development for all nations.
