Andrei is the founder & Managing Director of Feraru Dynamics Limited and the visionary behind the HAV-Sentry product. First Class Mechanical Engineering degree from Coventry University. Inventor of an internationally granted patent on the Enhancement in Hand Arm Vibration Measurement Technology and Monitoring Technique.

Andrei brought his engineering experience from working in aerospace engineering design & manufacturing into the field of occupational health. For his disruptive initiative and innovative technology, Andrei was awarded multiple awards by highly respected UK organisations, such as: The Peter Hewitt Award for Innovation in Health & Safety Technology awarded by the prestigious British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS), The Big Idea prize awarded by the National Safety Highways and recently won the Safety Innovation Challenge prize awarded by the National Safety Council (USA) in New Orleans, USA.

Andrei is an expert in vibration analysis and currently sits on the British Standardisation Institution (BSI) committee developing the standards & guidance for Hand Arm and Whole Body Vibration Exposure.
