Throughout her career, she has focused on leveraging technology and innovation to drive improvements in healthcare and life sciences. With extensive experience in healthcare information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), clinical management systems (CMS), electronic health records (EHR), personal health records (PHR), and business intelligence/data warehousing (BI/DW), Aileen has developed deep domain knowledge and a thorough understanding of the challenges within the healthcare industry.

In her previous role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of iHealth Labs, Aileen successfully spearheaded the development of a remote patient monitoring platform. Subsequently, she acquired the platform to launch HealthBeats®, an innovative healthcare solution. Aileen also holds the esteemed position of Vice-Chair for the Digital Health, Start-ups & SMEs Committee at the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed).
