The Custodian Way

The Custodian Way is a circle of purpose-driven companies founded on the belief that health is a powerful vehicle for transforming lives. United by a shared mission to create measurable impact, The Custodian Way Circle exists to maximize human experience and build a world where people leave better than when they arrived.

Founded by Matthew Stewart—a registered Physiotherapist and Chiropractor—The Custodian Way emerged from the realization that traditional models in conservative sectors like healthcare were failing to deliver sustainable change. Matthew envisioned a new kind of business: one that acts as a custodian—a responsible steward of its people, customers, and community. This philosophy underpins the Circle’s mission to deliver 30 million “Impact Moments” annually by 2030.

Today, The Custodian Way encompasses a growing portfolio of companies aligned in values and diverse in impact:
• Employ Health ANZ – reshaping workplace health and wellbeing,
• Peak Sports And Spine Centre – allied health clinics maximizing individual potential,
• Experience Not Felt Possible – immersive travel experiences promoting deep personal growth,
• The Custodian Way Foundation – a registered charity enabling equitable access to health.

Each company is built with the intention of creating enduring success—where profit and purpose not only coexist, but enhance one another. The Custodian Way is more than a business model; it’s a movement for building legacy, inspiring change, and cultivating the custodians of tomorrow.
