Care Clinics Group (CareClinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd) is one of Malaysia’s largest private primary care networks. Founded in 2003, the group operates more than 200 clinics across multiple states, serving approximately two million patient visits annually and more than 200 corporate and government clients. Care Clinics is part of SC Healthcare Holdings, backed by Sumitomo Corporation, and is a panel provider to Malaysia’s major third-party administrators and insurers.

The group delivers community-based general practice, corporate health and employee screening, occupational health services, and chronic disease management. Its national footprint places Care Clinics at the point where the majority of Malaysia’s non-communicable disease burden is actually managed — in private primary care, close to where patients live and work.

Care Clinics is now extending that footprint into digital chronic care. Through its Remote Patient Monitoring programme, developed with HealthBeats®, the group combines continuous home-based vitals monitoring and nurse-led triage with rapid physical escalation to a nearby clinic — connecting remote data to an established clinical network rather than a standalone application. A corporate kiosk screening model operates alongside it as a primary prevention and population identification layer, funnelling at-risk employees into structured monitoring.
