The first genuinely outdoor projector, according to Anker Innovations, went on pre-order. Now available for purchase are the Nebula Mars3 1080p entertainment center, portable power bank, and camping light source.

A slide-down cover shields the Nebula Mars 3's single-chip DLP projection device while not in use. The projector offers Full HD images at up to 200 diagonal inches when it is operational. It also has an AI image quality engine that optimizes contrast, sharpness, and color while also removing noise for the greatest possible picture quality, reports New Atlas.

The screen projected by this projector supports 1080P resolution and supports keystone correction; it comes with a lens cover to protect the lens from being scratched, and the top comes with a handle for easy carrying; the projector supports IPX3 waterproof level, and it has its own protection and can withstand About 1.6 feet (about 0.48 meters) of drop.

The new projector has a built-in 185Wh battery that can run continuously for 5 hours when in use; the body is equipped with an LED screen that can display the remaining battery power; the body comes with HDMI interface, USB-A interface, and USB-C interface.

The LED light source has a 25,000-hour life expectancy and emits 1,000 ANSI lumens when plugged into a power socket. However, when using its 185-Wh battery, it can provide up to five hours of audiovisual content in eco mode or two hours in normal mode. At camp, that battery can also be used as a power bank to charge mobile devices while the entertainment unit isn't in use.

The projector can automatically change the thrown image's focus and keystone while also modifying the screen's size. It has dual-band Wi-Fi, a quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of storage. It runs Android TV 11, which gives users access to thousands of entertainment apps, albeit Netflix doesn't seem to be officially supported for this particular device.

Additionally, there are HDMI direct connections available, USB-C and USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5 mm aux output connector for connecting headphones or an external speaker when not using the built-in 40-W Dolby sound system, which also functions as a Bluetooth 5.1 speaker.
