Jesper Olsen is Principal Engineer, Sensor Systems at Coloplast, where he leads the exploration and development of sensor-enabled medical device technologies. His work spans wearable sensors, connected healthcare systems, and intelligent medical devices, with a particular focus on transforming sensor data into actionable insights that enhance patient outcomes and enable more personalized care. He works across research, product development, and external innovation ecosystems to identify, mature, and integrate emerging technologies into future healthcare solutions. His current interests include wearable sensing, smart medical devices, modular product platforms, and the application of systems engineering methods to complex healthcare challenges.
