Carmen Berger has served as Director MEDICA & COMPAMED at Messe Düsseldorf since October 2025, with overall responsibility for both events. She leads the strategic development, international positioning and transformation of two of the world’s leading platforms for medical technology and its supplier sector. Her work focuses on strengthening their role as content-driven global community platforms and advancing key topics such as digital health, connected care, AI and wearable technologies. Before joining Messe Düsseldorf, she worked in international management consulting, most recently as Head of Life Sciences. She combines strategic transformation expertise with leadership experience across healthcare and medtech.
